Summary

This module describes the application of Spaghetti Diagrams to help simplify workspace layouts. A simpler, more streamlined layout reduces the travelling time for staff, thus allowing more time for direct care.  

The module demonstrates the use of Spaghetti Diagrams through an online activity. 

Spaghetti Diagrams are one of the tools of a Quality Improvement system in healthcare, industry, hospitality, and in many other sectors, and this module illustrating their use is one of the Quality Improvement modules offered by ISMP Canada.
