Summary

This module describes the five steps (5S) to better workplace organization. The module includes a simple activity that illustrates the benefits or simple, but powerful workplace organization techniques. 
5S forms one of the basic elements of a Quality Improvement system in healthcare, industry, hospitality, and in many other sectors, and not only leads to higher productivity, but also improved safety and quality outcomes.
