Practicum in Medication Safety
A Practicum in Medication Safety for International Practitioners to work collaboratively with ISMP Canada staff to address their learning needs. This program will be of interest to practicing nurses, pharmacists, physicians and other healthcare providers involved in medication management activities who are interested in further study of medication safety theory and practical applications. Although the program is geared towards an international audience, Canadian practitioners are welcome to enroll as well.
