Community Pharmacy Reporting & Learning
Community Pharmacy Reporting and Learning is a component of the Canadian Medication Incident Reporting and Prevention System (CMIRPS). Community pharmacies in participating provinces anonymously submit reports of incidents to the National Incident Data Repository for Community Pharmacies (NIDR) to share learning and inform safety improvements, reflecting a growing culture of safety in Canada.
Canadian Medication Incident Reporting and Prevention System
